There can be various reasons for canceling a transaction.

Decide whether the cancellation is due to the seller’s or the buyer’s circumstances.

If the cancellation is mutually agreed upon, the refund will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.

In the case of a buyer-initiated cancellation, Stripe will deduct transaction fees for both the original purchase and the refund, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

If the cancellation is due to the seller’s circumstances, the buyer will not bear any transaction fees.
