Set up your shipping policy

Shipping policy setup is required to list items for sale To list an item for sale, you must first set up a shipping policy.

A shipping policy includes important delivery information such as: • Shipping fees by destination country • Estimated delivery time • Return policy

You can set different shipping policies for each country to accommodate international buyers.

To set up your shipping policy, go to My Gallery, open the menu, and tap Shipping Policy.

• Add Shipping Policy

Tap “Add Shipping Policy” to open the edit screen To create a new shipping policy, tap the Add Shipping Policy button. This will take you to the edit screen where you can enter the necessary details.

• Name for your shipping policy

Enter a name for your shipping policy This name will help you easily identify the policy, especially if you create multiple shipping policies.

This makes it easier to identify multiple shipping policies with different rates, such as for LPs and 7-inch records.

• Destination countries

Select the destination countries Tap the “+” button to open the country selection screen. Choose the countries you want to ship to, then tap Apply to confirm your selection.

• Service Name

Enter the name of the shipping carrier in the “Service Name” field Please input the name of the shipping company (e.g., Fedex, DHL, UPS) in the field labeled Service Name.

• Estimated delivery time

Enter the estimated delivery time Please specify how many days it will take to ship the item after it has been purchased.

• Shipping fee

Enter the shipping fee If shipping is free, check the Free Shipping option. If shipping fees apply, enter the cost per item, as well as the additional fee for each extra item.

• Shipping origin address

Enter your shipping origin address

Tap Select from seller address to choose your shipping origin.

If you’ve already registered an address, simply select it and tap Submit.

To register a new address, tap Add New Address.

• Complete the required fields

Complete the required fields and save your settings Enter all necessary information marked as required, and tap Save to confirm your shipping policy.

• Return address

Register your return address If the return address is the same as your shipping origin, check the box labeled Same as above. If the return address is different, please register a new address.

• Return policy

Be sure to enter your return policy Providing a clear return policy is required. Please make sure to fill out this section.

Creating a policy for another country If you want to create a shipping policy for a different destination country, tap Add Shipping Policy and enter the relevant information for that region.

Be sure to enter your return policy Providing a clear return policy is required. Please make sure to fill out this section.

To finish, tap “Save” After filling in all the required fields, tap Save to register your shipping policy.
